Harry Harman

Advisor

Harry was the original Crew Committee Chair-man and became the Advisor in the Fall of 2002.  Harry is an Eagle Scout and has completed many levels of Venture training including Powder horn and Wood Badge.

Harry has completed JLT training at Philmont and has taught VLSC, IVLC, and Venture Leader Specific Training.

Harry is a Certified SCUBA diver working towards instructor rating.

The Crew leadership consists of an elected President, Vice Presidents of Administration and Programming, a Treasurer, and a Secretary.  Elections are held each winter.

To help the elected leadership, there is an Advisor and three Associate Advisors.  All Adult leaders have completed Youth Protection Training and are ready to assist the Crew Leaders to run the crew.

Charlotte Johnson

Assoc. Advisor

Charlotte (Char) joined the Crew in 2006 and has been an Advisor ever since.  She has attended every summer camp since 2006.

She has completed Specific Venture Leader Training, Powder Horn, Okpik, and is working on her Wood Badge Ticket.  Char is our nature specialist, a registered Nurse and owns two horses which she shares with the crew.

Char is a Certified SCUBA diver.

April Harman

Assoc. Advisor

April joined the Crew in 2003 and attended the first Venture summer camp with the Crew.  She has completed the Outdoor and Religious Life Bronze Awards, Gold Award, and has received the Silver Award.  She has served on several Wood Badge training teams.

April received the Boy Scout Heroism Award for saving the life of a fellow crew member on a canoe trip.  She has served as Crew President and re-charted this year as a new advisor.

Melissa Savage

Assoc. Advisor

Melissa joined the Crew in 2004 and has been an active member since.  She has served as Vice-President of Programming and President.

She has received the Outdoor Bronze Award and re-chartered with the Crew last  year as a new Advisor.
